What is Chime-In?
Chime-In is a web-based tool that makes it easy for bands and their audience to connect in real-time during live shows. Offering your audience an opportunity to contribute to your shows yields many advantages, such as strengthening your fan community, tailoring setlists to audience preferences, and creating many unique, memorable experiences.
The primary impact of Chime-In lies in transforming a passive audience—those disengaged from the band during a performance—into an active and excited audience that looks forward to future performances.

What is so cool about Chime-In is it's designed for any musician, for any gig! What makes the Chime-In software exceptional is its remarkable versatility—you can use it however you want. Whatever genre, whatever sized band, as long as you have an audience, Chime-In is suitable for you!
Make your Chime-In page uniquely yours! Customize the questions to align with your band's style. If you're seeking ideas, there are standard questions available to help based on what other Chime-In users have previously used. Design the customizable page(s) to best suit your band. What information is required to set up a band?
Setting up a band on Chime-In is a straightforward process that requires very little information to get started.
Below is the procedure to get your band ready to use Chime-In for your next gig:
- Contact 'support@u-chime-in.com' with your band name and your primary email address or fill out the information under the Contact tab
- In a response email, you will receive a band access code unique to your band (please do not share!) and a link to the corresponding Chime-In page. Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours to receive this response email, depending on the queue of bands
- Copy the access code into Adm-In and begin entering your upcoming gigs

What is the cost of Chime-In?
It is free! Who doesn't love free stuff? Am I right!?!
Below is a list of everything that comes with Chime-In:
- Chime-In page with toggling option between standard (light and dark) versions and a customizable page, a band banner switch option
- Adm-In tool where you can create an unlimited number of gig surveys
- Mobile Chime-In page, accessed by QR Code, where the audience can participate in the Chime-In survey, tip the band's Venmo link, view real-time results, and explore band details such as schedule, videos, and social media links
In the near future, we will introduce added functionality and unique designs for purchase, in our soon-to-be shop, to improve upon the Chime-In experience.
Right now, you can request a Chime-In page design for your band by contacting us at 'support@u-chime-in.com'. Depending on the queue for design requests, it could take a few weeks before attending to yours. We will contact you when ready to begin designing your custom page.
